Returns & refunds

If something is not right, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Unused items in original condition with tags, packaging and any certificate or gift box
• Items that arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered

What cannot be returned

• Personalised, engraved or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty)
• Earrings and other pierced jewellery once the seal is opened, for hygiene reasons
• Innerwear, cosmetics and items marked as final sale on the product page

How to return

1. Go to My account › Orders, open the order and choose Return, or email us with your order number.
2. We arrange a courier pickup from your address, usually within 2 to 3 working days. In areas without pickup service we will share a return address.
3. Once the item reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is released.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval (bank processing times vary). If you prefer, we can issue store credit immediately. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, place a new order for the piece you want and return the original; that way the new one ships right away.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled from your account until they are packed. After dispatch, please use the return process above.
