By placing an order on artificial.jewelry you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short and written in plain language.

Products and prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price at the time you place the order is the price you pay.
• We try hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Handmade items vary slightly; screen colours may differ.
• If a product is priced incorrectly by an obvious mistake, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or payment fails, and will refund in full.
• Payment is collected at the time of ordering through Razorpay.
• You are responsible for giving a correct delivery address and phone number.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Content and intellectual property

Product photos, text and designs on this site belong to artificial.jewelry or our makers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Reviews you post may be shown on the site; do not post anything unlawful or offensive.

Liability

We are liable for the price paid for the products you buy and for our legal obligations under Indian consumer law. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control such as strikes, weather or courier disruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where artificial.jewelry is registered. Consumers may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer forum of their district.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
